The McDonnell Douglas KC-10 Extender is the military version of the three-engined DC-10 airliner. It is used by the United States Air Force (USAF) but also the Dutch Air Force, calling it KDC-10 as they were converted DC-10 aircraft.

This tanker aircraft KDC-10 is operated by the Dutch Air Force. It was bought in 1992 as a DC-10 and converted. It has an almost 27 feet long remote Air boom, with operational control (RARO) from the cockpit, using 5 video camera's. The aircraft can also be operated as freighter with a maximum take-off weight of 250.000 kg. This is aircraft T-264, called Prins Bernard. It flies with 334 squadron from Eindhoven Airport, The Netherlands.

In 1/72 scale there is a large vacuform DC-10 model from "Transport Wings" with metal conversion set for a KC-10. Anigrand (#AA-2094) has a large resin KC-10 model in 1/72 scale.
